Guests may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of booking, only if the check-in date is at least 14 days away at the time of cancellation.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
48 Hours – 7 Days Before Check-In:
Cancellations made within this window will be refunded based on the following: 50% of the reservation total, minus the cost of one full night. If this calculated refund is greater than the total amount paid, no refund will be issued.
Within 48 Hours of Check-In:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
